The Book of Seila is a feminist dystopian novel that is plot-driven, character-driven and intense. I’ve rewritten it multiple times over the last twenty years. And what seemed farfetched in 2004 when I wrote the first draft might now be a novel that is ready to meet its time and place–unless it’s too late.
